■ Building scale: one floor underground and nine floors above ground, with a building area of 17,723.19m2, including 15,616.06㎡ above ground and 2,107.13㎡underground;

■ Construction forms: the underground is cross steel column covered with concrete, the above ground is box-type column and H-type steel beam. The structural floor uses reinforced truss floor bearing plate; the inner wall is concrete aerated block, and the outer wall uses ACC self-insulation sand aerated block.
