Samitaur Multi-Storey Steel Structure Building – Fabrication by Jinhuan
The Samitaur Multi-Storey Steel Structure Building, developed by Samitaur Constructs and constructed by Matt Construction, is a 16-floor, 73-meter tall high-rise located in Los Angeles, USA. With a total steel usage of 1,909 tons, the building exemplifies advanced seismic-resistant steel construction.
Structural Highlights

Seismic Resistance: The foundation and upper structure are connected using Seismic Force Resisting System (SFRS) supports, ensuring safety in earthquake-prone areas.

Band Structure: The building’s periphery is wrapped with steel bands acting as a load-bearing system, enhancing structural stability.

Multi-Storey Steel Frame: High-quality steel materials and precise fabrication ensure durability and structural integrity throughout the 16 floors.
