Southeast Zhihuicheng Project: Commercial Hub in Shijiazhuang

Project Overview

Located in Yuhua District, Shijiazhuang, the Southeast Zhihuicheng Project is a large-scale commercial complex featuring a skyscraper office building, three high-rise office buildings, a hotel, and a shopping center. Jinhuan Construction was responsible for the fabrication and installation of structural steel components for towers T1-T4 in Zone 7.

T1 Tower

• Floors: 4 underground, 45 above ground

• Height: 203.75 meters

• Building Area: 74,602 m²

• Steel Usage: 12,000 tons

• Structure: Frame core tube steel structure

T2 Tower

• Floors: 4 underground, 18 above ground

• Height: 109.6 meters

• Building Area: 41,949 m²

• Steel Usage: 6,800 tons

• Structure: Core tube with box column steel structure

T3/T4 Towers

• Floors: 4 underground, 20 above ground

• Height: 102 meters

• Building Area: 54,858 m²

• Structure: Sandwich steel structure with frame core tube

Design and Impact

The towers are designed with steel frame structures to provide strength, flexibility, and modern aesthetics. The complex will become a key business and commercial hub in Yuhua District, contributing to the city’s growth and modernization.
