Taiyuan North Central Ring | China

Project Description
Taiyuan North Central Ring Bridge Project
The Taiyuan North Central Ring Bridge Project is a major urban transportation infrastructure development in Taiyuan City. The project consists of three main components: the Binhe West Road Interchange, the Binhe East Road Interchange, and the North Central Ring Bridge main structure.
The bridge corridor has a total designed length of approximately 1,300 meters and features eight traffic lanes in both directions, significantly enhancing east–west connectivity across the city. From west to east, the route crosses Binhe West Road, the Fenhe Wetland Park, and Binhe East Road, integrating transportation infrastructure with the surrounding urban and ecological environment.
Upon completion, the North Central Ring Bridge will become the ninth major bridge spanning the Fenhe River within Taiyuan’s urban area, playing a key role in improving traffic capacity, optimizing the city’s road network, and supporting sustainable urban development.
