American Dream Water Park I Los Angles, USA

American Dream Water Park – Large-Scale Arch and Ring Beam Fabrication
The project, developed by Triple Five Group and constructed by PCL Construction Services, is a landmark structural engineering feat with a total steel usage of 1,192 tons. Jinhuan Group was responsible for the fabrication of both the arch beam spatial structures and ring beam spatial structures, demonstrating advanced engineering precision and fabrication capabilities.
Arch Beam Spatial Structure
-
The arch beam members form a circular arc with an outer diameter of 42.1 meters and an inner diameter of 40.233 meters.
-
Each member is a box-shaped structure with a cross-section of 1,867mm height × 1,295mm width, ensuring both strength and stability.
Ring Beam Spatial Structure
-
The ring beam is designed as an approximate ellipse measuring 28.7m × 21.7m.
-
The structural members include box girders and H-shaped steel columns, with a box beam cross-section of 1,372mm height × 814mm width.
-
This design provides strong load-bearing capacity and integrates seamlessly with the overall architectural form.
Project Highlights
-
Precision fabrication of large-scale spatial structures, meeting complex engineering requirements.
-
Combination of box beam and H-shaped steel members ensures maximum stability and durability.
-
Jinhuan Group’s expertise guarantees quality control and on-time delivery for high-profile structural projects.
This project exemplifies modern steel structure engineering and highlights Jinhuan Group’s ability to handle large, complex spatial structures with meticulous attention to detail, delivering both architectural elegance and structural integrity.
