Project Overview

Located in Cangzhou Development Zone, this project consists of two 18-storey residential buildings and nine commercial buildings. The residential buildings have one underground floor and 18 floors above ground, while the commercial buildings feature two-storey steel frame structures.

Structure

The residential buildings use L-shaped and T-shaped multicavity steel tube composite columns, filled with self-compacting concrete. Ordinary H-shaped steel beams and steel truss floor bearing plates provide structural support, while the walls are made of autoclaved lightweight aerated concrete (NALC) plates for energy efficiency.
