■  Building area: 178,608 ㎡, height: 242.8m, number of floors: 53 above the ground, 4 underground ;
 

■ The steel - concrete composite frame - reinforced concrete core tube hybrid structure system, with a steel consumption of 15,000 tons, is the first steel structure building complex in Hebei Province;
 

■ The construction of the project took 611 days. During the construction, Jinhuan adhered strict standards of quality control and project management to ensure the smooth progress and to deliver on schedule.
