Showcase of steel components from Jinhuan, and the way we perform on this best seller high-rise commercial complex project

With total 1 million m2 building area, the Southeast Zhihui City project consists of 63 residential high-rises and 540,000 m2 of commercial complexand will be providinga mixed-use of residential, commercial, office, apartment, and hotel. Commercial complex is core of this development which mainly locates on zone 7from tower T1 to tower T4.

As the contractor of this project, Jinhuan’s cope of works includes: production and installation of main steel structure for T1-T2 towers, steel beamsfor T3-T4 towers, and special steel structures production and erectionfor the skylight roof of the mega shopping mall. Total steel usageis over 20,000 tons.
