MAO Weiming, chairman of State Grid, went to Xiongan New Area and visited the construction site of 220kv substation project in Ju village.

As the first steel structure 220KV substation in Xiongan New Area, this project will satisfy the demand of load development in Rongdong area once it completed. Main sections Jinhuan undertook for this project include steel structure fabrication and installation, exterior and curtain wall envelop, and interior wall construction. Total building area is 7,505 square meters with steel usage around 2,190 tons, including box steel columns, box steel beams, and H steel beams. Jinhuan was one of the few first-tier companies approved by local government to reopen during Covid 19 epidemic. To ensure delivery on schedule and product quality, Jinhuan’s Handan shop meticulous planed and organized during the course of fabrication, and all steel components of this project were produced under European and American standards.
