The assembly building industrial park development plan spans an expansive 290,670 square meters, with a total plant area of 127,000 square meters. The construction of the park is divided into two phases, with Phase 1 covering approximately 180,000 square meters and a total construction area of around 74,000 square meters. Upon completion, this project will become the largest assembly building industrial park in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, setting new standards for industrial park development and production capacity.

Production Area Design

The production area is strategically divided into several specialized zones to ensure smooth operations and high productivity:

• PC Component Production Workshop

• Assembly Bridge Production Area

• Warehouse

• Two Component Storage Areas

The production workshop is designed as a seven-bay workshop with seven dedicated production lines, allowing for maximum throughput and flexibility in production scheduling.
